Single 3D Cube Yersinia Pestis (The Black Death)
The Black Death is one of our earliest Contagions on our collection’s timeline hitting its peak from 1347 to 1351, effecting areas throughout Eurasia, North Africa and Europe. The Black Death, also known as the Bubonic Plague, was a hugely disastrous global epidemic that resulted in the deaths of up to 75-200 million people.
Yersinia Pestis is a gram-negative, non-motile, rod-shaped, Coccobacillus Bacterium, without spores. This bacterium is the sole cause of the plague and is usually found in small mammals and their fleas.
Note this is a 3D modelled artistic piece and does NOT contain the actual Contagion - that would be illegal. We do get asked.
